While our non-Black colleagues engage in anti-racist work, let's use this month to rest and/or continue to resist the racial trauma we experience on a daily basis. Wellness looks different for every Black person. This could mean continuing to resist, taking time for self-care, being in community, or all of the above. We hope to provide you with events, resources, and a space to be in community with other Black folx.
